My wife just got off the phone with the owner Brad. My wife talked to Brad and was calm and respectful, but Brad was rude, loud, yelled at my wife and was verbally abusive to my wife. Then brad hangs up on her after he yelled at her and this is unacceptable of him or any business owner. Verbal assualt is a crime! Brad is not a real man or a professional business owner! Top Tech is a second rate trash business. DO NOT waste your money going to top tech! Any other business is better than this business. Luckily Im being polite on this post because I will not tolerate anybody talking to my wife like that! I DEMAND A FULL APOLOGY FROM BRAD TO MY WIFE! I WILL BE CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!!!
